TOR browser - -ExcludeNodes doesn't work

Using Linux, at torrc.

Format used: (at end file)

ExcludeNodes {...},{...},{...},{...}

ExcludeExitNodes {...},{...},{...},{...}

Continues connecting to excluded country nodes.

Know how to fix?
