Pluggable Transports encapsulate traffic to give it another appearance. They are used to circumvent censorship. Other applications can use them, too. Use this tag for questions concerning the use, configuration, and programming of pluggable transports

Pluggable Transports transform Tor (or some other PET) traffic to look more innocuous. They consist of a client, who talks to a server. In Tor, the server then connects to a Tor server, which connects to the Tor network.
