Is providing location an issue?
It will of course reduce your anonymity (potentially catastrophically) but if you don't require anonymity for the service itself then it is not a problem to use Tor for your normal day-to-day browsing …

Why do I seem to have different IP addresses at the same time?
It's generated by scraping whois records and using the listed associated addresses to determine their location -- no one would lie on the internet, right? …
