I wonder how the WeightedBandwidth for Rendezvous Points (RPs) is calculated.

I know, its a bit complicated, because RPs are chosen in a lot of different ways: Tor tries to reuse existing circuit endpoints, can extend existing circuits but also uses node selection routines. So sometimes RPs are Exit-Relys, sometimes an Cicuit is extended and sometimes a Circuit will be freshly build. In this last case, the RP must need the Flags Stable and Fast and is chosen from a uniform way, proportional by the weighted Bandwidth.

Since the RP is the last OR of this Circuit, but does not need to be an Exit, what is the Weight which is used to calculate the weightedBandwidth for the Relay.
