Instead of setting up a transparent Tor proxy on a few separate machines behind one router in a home network, how can I configure the home router to act as a transparent proxy? (Or should this be an isolating proxy?)

That is to say, perhaps one device is using Safari to browse stackexchange.com, another is using Thunderbird to connect to imap and smtp email servers, and a third is a phone device using the wireless network to find a restaurant with delivery: can I configure the router to funnel and push all this traffic (including all the leaks and other traffic not normally visible to the users of these machines) over the Tor Network?

  • Linksys WRT54GL
  • Original firmware (although willing to flash open-source software (DD-WRT))
  • I am primary administrator
