I had to manually set up an IPv4 address because it was not automatically detected, even though I have one.

Now the IP changed and Tor does not recognize my Relay as online anymore. I hate that -_-
Why does Tor only detect an IPv6 address but a site like wtfismyip does show my IPv4? How can that be fixed? I don't want to manually provide an IP because it changes sometimes and according to Will Tor automatically detect when my IP address changes when running a relay? I can't if I want it to detect IP changes, of course.
What can be done here? I have now provided my domain, however I wish it would work without that.
My friend has the exact same problem - IPv4 not found. However he has a different provider.
