I have search lots of web for the safe browser and find this one https://www.ivacy.com/blog/best-darkweb-links/

If any one has better suggestion please let me know

I suppose you mean by dark web browsers, browsers which can access websites that can only be accessed over darknets such as Tor, I2P, Freenet, etc.

Assuming the above, I strongly recommend using the Tor browser. It has access to hidden services or .onion sites which make up the majority of the dark web. The Tor browser also comes with numerous protections and patches of the Firefox browser which is already pretty secure and trusted. The Tor browser also has a large community behind the software (the non-profit Tor project) and is most likely one of the most secure and anonymous browsers.

If you want to see just how secure and anonymous the Tor browser is, check out its design document here: https://2019.www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/.

But apart from that, the Tor browser has more users than any other dark web browser - millions of users. By having a large community of users, it's harder to fingerprint you.

There are other browsers which use the Tor network (xB Browser, you could configure Firefox to use the Tor network, etc.) or browsers which use other darknets like I2P or Freenet. However, they don't have as large of a community of users nor the heavy protections and security of the Tor browser. This is why the Tor browser is arguably the best browser to use to access the dark web. Keep in mind though that even the Tor browser has unknown vulnerabilities so it is still imperfect.
