I know that it isn't recommended to install addons onto the Tor browser because they can track you or expose your identity. I've made an entire post about how this happens here: Q & A: How do Firefox addons remove your privacy and anonymity while using the Tor browser?. However, I wasn't sure if themes could track you or deanonymize you. Can someone clarify if there is a privacy risk in using themes on the Tor browser? What kind of capabilities do themes have? Thank you.

Edit: I found some more information on this topic. I viewed Tor Browser/Browser/omni.ja!/modules/themes/default/ which showed the files for the default theme in the Tor browser. It only had a manifest.json file with CSS and an icon.svg file. I'm not sure though if other themes can potentially use JavaScript which could let them spy on you. Thank you for your help!
