Can Python (or Anaconda) be installed and run on Tails OS? If so, how to have a persistent installation of Python/Anaconda in a Tails USB drive? I thought Tails cleanses itself of any program that is not native to its original set-up upon shut down ("additional software" as opposed to "included software")?

What would that mean for Python dependencies (packages) not native to Python, would they (e.g. selenium) have to be re-installed manually each boot-up, given that Tails OS wipes itself clear each session? or can non-native Python dependencies be persistently installed to the Tails USB too?
