Cancel my question. Windows firewall is NOT allowing Tor to connect. As of now, I haven't figured out what part of my firewall configuration is at fault, but I can connect if I turn the firewall off. Not a good solution, I gladly admit, but if I can't get it to play nice with Tor I'll go to MajorGeeks and get a firewall that will let me connect.

I am unable to connect to TOR. DisableNetwork is set. This is my log dump. Operating system is windows 10 professional, latest updates.
