The Whonix workstation (18.104.22.168) doesn't have the ssh command installed:
The program 'ssh' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing: apt install openssh-client ssh: command not found
I am wondering if this was done on purpose because there is some reason why you shouldn't use the ssh command from inside the Whonix workstation.
I can't think of any reason why this should be the case. Torsocks states here that it is safe in combination with ssh (if your login name doesn't give away your identity).
There is also Whonix documentation on how to connect to Tor before ssh.
So is there any problem with simply installing the openssh-client and use ssh to connect to a remote server?
