The Guardian Project provides Tor for Android OS, known as Orbot with Orfox browser.

But what does it mean to be anonymous on mobile where one has apps trying to communicate with the internet in an environment where not all traffic is routed through the Tor network?

How can the Guardian Project guarantee a high level of anonymity, necessary for surfing the darknet on mobile for example, given the fact that apps are always trying to communicate with the net and Orbot does not route all traffic through Tor?
