Before setting exit relay live, do i have to setup port forwarding for 9001, as ORPort is using it if so then how i will do it on Debian Stretch 9.0.

If you have public IP address you do not need setup forwarding for ORport. I have better experience with running on port 443, it is less likely blocked by corporate proxy.
