I am attempting to run a simple tor relay node in my Fedora server (latest version). When I run systemctl status tor I receive the following.

Your server (PUBLICIP:9030) has not managed to confirm that its DirPort is reachable. Relays do not publish descriptors until their ORPort and DirPort are reachable. Please check your firewalls, ports, address, /etc/hosts file, etc.

I used the following configurations

ControlSocket /run/tor/control
ControlSocketsGroupWritable 1
CookieAuthentication 1
CookieAuthFile /run/tor/control.authcookie
CookieAuthFileGroupReadable 1

#change the nickname "myNiceRelay" to a name that you like
Nickname User1776
ORPort 9001
DirPort 9030
ExitRelay 0
# Change the email address bellow and be aware that it will be published
ContactInfo user1776@somethingsomethingstackexc.com

I added both ports to the firewall

sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=9001/tcp
sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=9030/tcp

and of course...

systemctl restart tor

The installation and configuration for Fedora appears extremely simple. Yet it is not working. How can I further diagnose the issue?
