they say exit nodes that there are only 1000 nodes~1000 exit relays.If that is right, it means whatever tor Even if the Tor browser is strong against attack but it will be easy to get usecure, having so few exit relays limits the anonymity provided, right? How could the Tor Project facilitate and encourage new exit relays?

Why are there only 1000 exit relays?

I see from the Tor network-metrics page that there are only ~1000 exit relays. Even if the Tor browser is secure, having so few exit relays limits the anonymity provided, right? How could the Tor Project facilitate and encourage new exit relays?
